Questions

Common questions

Something else? Call (360) 498-7508.

How do extended rentals work?

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on your site until you tell us to come get it.

What happens during the weekly service visit?

We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and room for wheelchair maneuverability.

How much lead time do I need for a weekend event?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.

What is the service frequency?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
